Charleyene or Charley as she is affectionately known, has been a member of ICCC for more than 11 years, serving on the Membership and Constitution Committees. She is currently the Budget/Finance Chairperson. Charley is a former Manager who worked for two regional telecoms over a 20-year period.  She and her husband, George “Strawberry” Martin, reside in Jacksonville, FL. They are the parents of two adult sons and proud grand-parents to their only teenage grand-daughter.  The Martins own a Red Metallic C7 Stingray.
