PRESIDENT    Wilmer Cooksey

Wil is the President of ICCC , but not new to the position.  
He has led ICCC for many years previously and we are glad to have him back.  He brings a wealth of knowledge, management skills, and Corvette creditability to the club.  Wil was the Corvette Plant Manager from 1993 - 2008 and remains one of Corvette's most dedicated fans.   He is still active in many organizations to include the National Corvette Museum.  Wil has always kept at least one Corvette in his garage since 1969, now he has too many to count!

VICE PRESIDENT    Billy Brooks

lo, my name is Billy Brooks.  I am the newly elected Vice President of ICCC.  I have been a member of ICCC for over 15 years. I've had an opportunity to develop life long friendships in the organization since that time. I am looking forward to working with our members to both grow the organization and help to cultivate a feeling of family and fun within ICCC.

SECRETARY    Gigi Bohannon


Per Gigi:

I am Gigi Bohannon secretary of ICCC, I drive a 2001 Convertible blue with white top C5 LS1.  I am a native of Atlanta, My hobbies are gardening, golfing, swimming, bowling and traveling.  Just don't follow me or ask me for directions!



...is the ICCC corresponding secretary.  Rosa is enthusiastic about her position and has already made an impact in the organization.  Rosa and her husband, Ed, own a 1998 Torch Red C5 and 1980 Yellow C3 which they are restoring.

TREASURER    Liz Cooksey


...Liz or Dr. Cooksey, a semi retired professor at Western Kentucky University, who is also treasurer of ICCC, and right hand to retired Corvette Plant Manager Wil Cooksey.

Charles Breedlove

Charles E Breedlove is the newly elected ICCC Parliamentarian, is very
knowledge of this position. Charles is one of the Founding member of the
Roadrunners Corvette Club of Huntsville, Al. Charles is married to
Patricia Breedlove and they are the proud owners of 2004/ 2001 C5 Corvettes and a 1985 C4 Corvette. Charles retired from the US Army with over 20 years of active military service and also retired from the US Postal Office with over 20 years of service. Charles is currently active in many other organizations and holding many various officer positions. With his background in management skills, he will make a big impact within ICCC.

SGT-AT-ARMS    George L. "Strawberry" Martin


George, affectionately known as “Strawberry”, resides in Jacksonville, FL
 and is a charter  member and former president of Vette Masters of Florida.  
He became a member of ICCC in 2004 and enjoys the fellowship and
camaraderie of the “elite” corvette owners.  George is a General Motors
retiree and takes great pride in his metallic red 2001 C5.
